Most respondents believe that road infrastructure(58%) and sewage disposal/water supply (51%) are inadequate. 71% believe that power cuts are an issue and 81% believe that more should be done to protect the village from flooding.
77% of respondents want more done to keep paths free from overhanging branches and parked cars, with most (46%) believing that roads are not untidy and 49% believing there is not a litter problem.
Regarding the provision of more street lighting, responses were evenly divided at 41% for and 42% against. There were 161 individual responses in favour of more street lighting in particular areas, the most popular being Station Road (17I), Round Bottom (14) and New Place (12).
50% of respondents are in favour of a
public toilet and 58% want to see an improvement in mobile phone coverage.
